Do you get enjoyment from teaching and mentoring the people around you? Are you a natural at motivating and supporting others? If so, you might be the right fit for the Regional Sales Manager position. You'll get to know the agents and help them build their personal business plan, be their support and coach and help them to achieve their goals! You'll also be the bridge that connects the real estate agents to the extensive resources and support that BHHS Professional Realty has to offer. This includes providing training with a focus on understanding and completing contracts, prospecting, company systems, and other relevant real estate practices. Previous leadership and background experience in real estate are helpful, but if you're the right person, it's not mandatory.
