The Licensing Process
The path to becoming a real estate entrepreneur
Before you can start selling real estate, you'll need to get licensed. Each state has its own licensing requirements and all of them require course study in addition to an exam. The good news is that many states offer options for both classroom study and online learning so getting licensed can be a fairly quick process. Before you know it, you'll be licensed and in charge of your own business as a licensed agent!

If you're thinking of getting licensed in Ohio, West Virginia, or Kentucky, contact us before you enroll. We are happy to talk to you about the process and a real estate career and may be able to offer you a course package discount!
